Engineer of yeast metabolism

Responsibilities:

Responsible for yeast (pichia pastoris, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, etc.) metabolic pathway design and transformation;
To assist in the establishment of yeast protein expression platform;
Research and consult the literature.

Requirements:

Master molecular cloning, yeast plasmid construction and transformation, CRISPR gene knockout technology;
Experience in chassis Chrysanthemum plant modification (prokaryotic, Pichia pastoris, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and more) ;
Experience in metabolic network design and Metabolic Engineering Component library construction is a plus.
